The Kalasha or Kalash, are indigenous people of the Hindu Kush mountain range, residing in the Chitral District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, close to the border of Afghanistan. These photographs are from my several visits to the three valleys (Bumburet, Rumbur and Birir) where Kalasha people are settled.
